Salted Peanut Butter Truffles

This is another Dagmar Recipe from our Raw Food demonstration at Jenny's house.  I love peanuts and chocolate together.This recipe is originally from the minimalist baker.  I will add the link. truffles/
I used 500g pitted dates
2 1/2 T coconut oil melted
1/2 tsp salt
Blend until fine 10 seconds/ speed 7
Roll into balls and freeze
Mix smooth  1/4 C peanut butter and heat until runny
drizzle over balls, and freeze
Melt 100g chocolate 60C/ 4 minutes/ speed 2 (until runny)
Pur over Balls and freeze.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
