Coconut Cranberry Snowballs

500g coconut
60g coconut oil
110g maple syrup
10g vanilla
100 g cranberries
Blend 250 g coconut speed 8/35 seconds until paste consistency
Add all other ingredients REVERSE/speed 4/ 10 seconds until well mixed
Shape into balls and roll in coconut.
Freeze until ready to eat.
