Thermomix Salmon Cakes

1 large Shallot
2 garlic cloves
500g trimmed salmon
1 T fresh chopped dill
1 egg white
100 g breadcrumbs
salt/pepper to taste
Mrs Dash to taste
Chop onion, and garlic and scrape down bowl. 5 second/speed 6
Add salmon and pulse on turbo 5 times
Add remaining ingredients and REVERSE/ pulse until just combined
Shape into patties and fry in butter 2-3 minutes per side.
