Thermomix Ketchup

750 g fresh ripe tomato's
1 red onion
5 garlic cloves
nutmeg grated 1/2 tsp
90g red wine vinegar
50g Agave syrup
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp mustard seed
2 Bay leaves
5-10 sechuan pepper corns
10 black pepper corns
Place tomatoes, onion, garlic red wine vinegar and chop 5 sec/ speed 7
Add remaining ingredients and cook 40 minutes/ varoma /speed 2
Blend 30 seconds/ speed 10
